Join Our Growing Team • Truck Dispatch & Account Management Specialist

We are looking for a great worker to join our team.

This immediate need is for someone to organize and schedule our trucks to service locations all across the GTA and Central and Southern Ontario. We are located in Cookstown, Ontario and work in a few hundred locations in the province with 2 trucks. We would love to find a great person local to the Cookstown area that we could work with on a long term basis for this job.

The job is 30-40 hours a week and best suited to someone committed to excellence in detail and record keeping and able to stay abreast of each customer account’s details and their servicing needs and dispatch the trucks to meet them. Another part of the job is organizing the sales team and issuing work orders for deliveries or repairs on an as needed basis. 

Full command of a computer and working with Microsoft Excel is critical for this job. You should be capable of fielding phone inquires from customers on service related issues and have a great attitude and willing to do your best at a variety of other tasks that might come up.
